The architecture celebrates raw materials, primarily using exposed brick arches and funicular shells inspired by 19th-century techniques. Sustainable features are central to the design, including a rainwater chain-drip system, bioswales, and local ceramic fragments repurposed as structural infill. Inside, the palette features polished concrete, bamboo joinery, and rattan pendants crafted by local artisans. The layout prioritizes cross-ventilation to reduce mechanical cooling.
